There was no sales pitch, no pushing. She helped me refine my preferences and showed me the home I eventually bought.
Barbara helped me through the details of negotiation and closing, though I was in New York through it all. Barbara engenders trust and because of that trust was able to help me smooth out a couple of bumps along the way.

Working with Barbara Bonichi when we purchased our new Plantation Bay home …… was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Barbara handled every part of the process with skill and professionalism, from finding us a remarkably suitable house, advising us throughout the purchasing steps and organizing all details of the closing. Two aspects of Barbara’s style particularly impressed us: first, she rapidly grasped what we wanted in a home, and second, she cheerfully spent quite a lot of time with us while working to find the right place.
By observing our comments at a few open-house events Barbara accurately caught our vision – which wasn’t necessarily easy, given that we didn’t always agree with one another and some things were hard to define. She called us to see relatively few houses, but each time invested both careful thought beforehand and a considerable amount of time during the visit itself. There was never any sales pressure or attempt to convince us we might "come to like" something we weren’t comfortable with.
Only once did Barbara say, "I think I’ve found a perfect house for you." And she had. The location, size, and design features were all there. From the first moment we walked into #505 Oyster Bay Drive, we both knew it was the right place for us. We are very happy here.
